This medley consists of "Night Over Shanghai," with lyrics by Johnny Mercer, from "The Singing Marine" (1937) and "Shanghai Lil," with lyrics by Al Dubin, as sung by James Cagney in "Dance Beautifully" (1933).
This last medley consists of "Forty-Second Street" from the movie of the same name which was introduced by Dick Powell and Ruby Keeler in 1933 and "Lullaby of Broadway" from "Gold Diggers"of 1935. Both songs are by Harry Warren and Al Dubin.
